- In demonstration mode you can explore the full shopping experience. In live mode, incomplete products are blocked from checkout until images and specifications are verified.

- Do you offer free shipping or white-glove delivery?
- Shipping is calculated by item size, shipping class and destination. Local pickup, in-home delivery, white-glove delivery and assembly services are not enabled unless later configured.

- Do you provide interior design services?

- Can wall-mounted items be purchased now?
- Wall-mounted products require verified mounting hardware and safety details before live purchase. Until then, they remain demonstration records.
