How shipping is calculated

Shipping costs depend on the products ordered, their shipping class, package dimensions and the delivery destination. Rates are calculated at checkout based on these factors — we do not offer flat-rate or free shipping unless explicitly stated in an approved promotion.

Each product is assigned a shipping class that reflects its size, fragility and handling requirements. Oversized or freight-eligible items may require a quote before shipment.

Shipping classes

The following classes are used in our catalog:

• Small Parcel: Compact items typically within standard parcel limits.
• Standard Parcel: Medium furnishings and boxed household goods.
• Oversized Parcel: Larger cartons that may incur dimensional weight charges.
• Fragile: Items requiring careful packing and handling.
• Mirror or Glass: Mirrors and glass goods with protective packing requirements.
• Rug Roll: Rolled rugs with length-based shipping considerations.
• Lighting: Lamps and sconces — often fragile and irregularly shaped.
• Multi-Box: Orders or products that ship in more than one carton.

Freight review

Items in the “Freight Review Required” class may not ship via standard parcel carriers. A shipping quote is required before we can confirm shipment. For multi-piece or oversized orders, you may request a quote with your ZIP code and product details.

What we do not offer

• Free shipping (unless an approved promotion states otherwise)
• White-glove or in-home delivery (not enabled on this site)
• Local pickup (not enabled on this site)
• Guaranteed delivery dates or times
